Case study 1 PMO management and development – Major programme
Jon led a team of WS Atkins programme management consultants into the central PMO, to help transform the Universal Credit Programme from function to phase-based working, and to strengthen the programme management office (PMO) function and quality.

Case study 3 - Business case development
Working with the finance department, Jon created a financial model (Excel based) to allow the University to develop options for cost saving and performance improvements across IT, Facilities, Estates, Library and Campus services.

Case study 2 Project design Transport
A driver training business needed to enhance its online and training customer facing services. Jon designed and developed a programme plan, supported by 5 separate detailed Microsoft project plans, to update the portfolio of driver risk management training products. Jon also identified potential partners to form a supply chain, including experts in virtual reality and psychometric assessment.
